Battery Doctor BATAP Side-Mount Battery Tap. BaTap is a plate with three tabs that mounts under the battery terminals of side-mount batteries. BaTap gives you a more efficient method to pick up a power lead right at the battery (minimum noise) sidepost. The 3 tabs accept lead wires (from 10 to 22 gauge) that have a slip-on terminal, making it simpler to install a hot lead at the battery.
