Powered ceiling or bath fan, very efficient for smaller areas. Consists of the following parts: • Cap and roof flange assembly (sold separately). • Power unit (motor, fan, and pipe assembly). Inside grille is 10" dia. Self-closing foam damper opens and closes. Dynamically balanced polypropylene blade will not bend out of shape. 8" dia. rough-in opening required

the vent fan went in very well and works very well, thanks , and the price was the best that I found.

I ordered 8 fans for replacement in various mobile homes. They are a perfect fit as a general replacement. We actually replaced the fan and motor only so as to not have to deal with the duct and loose insulation!! I could not have gotten a better deal. Best price anywhere!
I am overall very pleased with RV Plus and how they take care of their customers.
