Prior to ordering, I asked whether I could change my analog thermostat to digital without replacing the relay box in ceiling, and after asking me a couple of questions about my AC, they said yes. I ordered a Coleman thermostat for a two stage heat pump. It is an exact match for the original and will install it this week. Great service and price. Rage hood vent was easy to find with RVPlus, their shipping was OK (came with a small dent that I could easily remove), and the quality of the product is OK. I would have preferred a more substantial hood, but no one makes one to my knowledge.

What can I say. My first experience was very good. My second experience was also very good. My third experience was great. Normally I avoid sites requiring registration to make a purchase. While this vendor doesn't require registration, I will be setting up an account. They will always be the first place I look when I need parts for my travel trailer or other recreational related parts.

This is my second experience with RV Plus.

Once again they have exceeded my expectations!!!

I misread a product description and ordered the wrong part. It arrived on a Tuesday. Called the next morning explaining my mistake. They issued me an RMA # and assisted me with ordering the proper part. Friday my reordered part arrived.

Within two days of them receiving the returned part, I had an email notifying me they had credited my account!!! NOW this is what I call customer service!

My order was delayed due to Out of Stock. They were on the phone immediately to apologize and asked if I would like to wait three weeks or cancel. They said the delivery should be in by the first week in September. I wasn’t in a hurry so I them I was willing to wait. They called a week later to reaffirm the delivery date would be around the first of the month. The product actually showed up August 29th. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.
I recently ordered some electronic gear from an online store because of the good price. No contact, no tracking, no response to e-mails other than deducting funds. A week after I figured I had been ripped off the package showed up.
So YES! Dealing with RV Plus was a joy.

I like that their website has pictures of most of the parts, and descriptions this allows you to see what you are ordering.

Was easy to order and at a fair price. The reason that it was not excellent was that I wanted to track the shipment, but the tracking number was not showing in the system. After a couple of calls, I was able to speak with an individual in Customer Service. He verified that the shipment was scheduled for delivery that day. I was able to then track the Fedex ground shipment to know when it was delivered.

Try searching for RV Designer Insert Trim 3/4 and see what you get. Sure a lot of items that are not even trim. Some pages will not allow you to go to a new search page. Site needs some serious work.

A single call resulted in an immediate email with return authorization and prepaid FEDEX return label...and the Correct item was immediately shipped without having to wait for the return to arrive. Needing more information on the product, I called customer service. The information was not readily available but the agent said he would get it from the warehouse and call me back. The model number I had was the original 2007 mfg. date and was on the unit as 60-542. When I was searching for a replacement the model number for the right unit, as pictured on line was 65-542. The old thermostat display was missing elements and electric heat was turning on the gas heat. I figured it had to be the thermostat. Ordered...Fast shipping. Ask if I could splice it into the old connectors (no plug provided) a quick with the tech and yes.
Spliced (crimp connectors) and installed. It was HOT in the RV so I just cranked up the generator and turned on the air. It worked perfectly and as advertised.

This was my 1st purchase. I had been trying to find the screen door slide at local retails shops with no luck. One of the salesman suggested I look online and I found RV Plus has the part I needed in stock. The website did not specify the dimensions so I sent an email for additional information and received a response within minutes. I placed the order even though I felt their shipping prices were a little high. It cost me more for the shipping than it did for the item I ordered by double. However, the item arrived in about 5 days. Their service was excellent. I only give a very good rating because they had higher shipping than any other sites I looked at, but the other sites didn't have the item in stock.

The fan blade in my bathroom exhaust fan became aged and brittle (normal wear) and flew apart when switched on a few weeks ago. I removed the remains of the plastic blade and hub, did some internet research and discovered the part number I needed. The price at RV Plus was half that of other internet retailers, so I ordered 2 and now have a spare for immediate replacement in several years when the same thing happens again. The prices were good. They had all the ABS fittings I needed. The shipping was very reasonable. My only complaint was they apparently didn't have the fittings in stock so it was around a week and a half or two weeks before they shipped. They also charged my CC when the order went in rather than when it shipped. An email letting me know the parts weren't in at the moment would've been nice.

I ordered three tail light covers from RV Plus and they arrived incredibly quickly. When I opened the box and went to put one of the covers on my camper I discovered that it had been broken somewhere along the way and would obviously not be able to go/stay on my camper. I called them and spoke to a wonderful rep who told me that another one would be winging its way to me. Fortunately, it is my back up cover so we are good to go on the road. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here for any future camper purchases.

I apparently have a smaller than normal double sink in my home. The only place I could find a dish drain rack to fit was from RV Plus.
